Booking Rules
- Members have exclusive booking access until 30 September 2026.
- Non-members may join a waiting list before 1 October 2026.
- From 1 October 2026, remaining availability opens to non-members.
Payment
- Every booking request must be approved by Hacienda Los Naranjos.
- Once approved, a secure Stripe payment link is sent to you by email.
- A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment.
Group Bookings
- The person making the reservation is responsible for payment of the entire booking.
- Split payments are not permitted.
Cancellation
- All confirmed reservations are strictly non-refundable.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations, reductions in guest numbers, no-shows or late arrivals.
